Chakra Energy Healing Sessions

In your personal chakra energy healing session, we explore a variety of techniques designed to address energetic blockages. Each session is unique to you. The structure of a 90 minute session is broken into 3 parts. First starting with a grounding visualization exercise. After that we’ll being the energy healing session where I will look into 2-4 chakras and will channel/facilitate the clearing. Finally I end with reiki to help ground the clearing and bring you to a state of peace and relaxation.

Through quantum psychics we now know that 99% of this world is energy and the rest is matter. Based on that, there are two ways to change your life: 1. Matter changing matter, or 2. Energy changing matter. The first takes a long time and a lot of effort, the second can make quick and sudden shifts. Change your energy, change your life. The issue is we don’t always know the underlying energy that is creating our lives.

Sometimes an area of focus is on identifying and cutting energetic cords to other people, which can drain your energy or create unhealthy attachments. This multifaceted approach creates a powerful space for healing and liberation, allowing you to reclaim your energy and sense of self.

Another common occurrence during healing sessions is the clearing of patterns formed from this life or past life traumas.
